About
Lakeshore Fiber

A Vision to
Improve Your Community

Lakeshore Fiber was started by a team of start-up entrepreneurs who saw the need for fast, reliable internet service in Northern Michigan, in areas often forgotten by the big national companies. We want to partner with our customers—our community—to spark connection.

We are a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) internet service provider, serving small towns with high-speed fiber internet that’s affordable and high-performing, with symmetrical upload and download speeds and less downtime than cable, DSL, and satellite internet.
