If your bill isn’t paid within 3 business days of the due date, a $7 late fee will be applied. If payment isn’t made by the 7th day, your service will be temporarily suspended until payment is received, including the $7 late fee and a $14 reactivation fee.

Possibly. If your home is over 2,000 sq. ft. or has thick walls, an extender may be needed. Your technician can help during install, or you can add one later for $7/month.
